PROJECT INFORMATION
Clear terms before work begins.
These are general explanations for enquiries, not a fixed price list or a substitute for the written agreement for your job.
01
Quotation policy
Tell us the address, property type, requested work and any relevant photos. We may need to inspect the site before offering a firm price. A written quote should identify the work, key materials, inclusions, exclusions, GST treatment, validity period, and any assumptions about access or existing equipment.
An online enquiry or calculator result is not an accepted quote. If site conditions change the scope, we will discuss a written variation before the affected additional work proceeds.
02
How pricing is worked out
Price depends on the agreed scope, labour, materials, access, testing, travel, timing, and any distributor or approval requirements. We do not publish a universal call-out fee or promise that an online estimate is the final price. Any call-out charge, minimum charge or after-hours rate must be disclosed before you accept the booking.
03
Payment and invoices
The accepted written quote or invoice will state the amount, due date, any deposit or progress payments, and the payment methods actually available for that job. Do not send money to account details supplied only by an unexpected message; verify changes using a known contact channel. This website does not take payments.
04
Safety and consumer rights
Electrical work must be carried out by appropriately licensed people, with the required Victorian safety documentation supplied for applicable work. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded by these website notes, a quote, or a manufacturer warranty. Contact us about concerns with work performed; urgent hazards should be kept clear and reported to emergency services or the relevant distributor.
